I was in 3rd platoon of D Co, 1/8 Inf, 10/1/67 - mid-April 68. Pl leader was Lt Lohmaier ("Dirty"), PSG was Robinson, squad leader was Enrique Fernandez-Leston ("Pancho" - KIA 1/7/68). Carried M-79 til Tet, then RTO for the new PSG. Looking for Cleo Childers, Willie Henderson (M-60), Peel (shotgun - went to LRRPS) , Gonzales (humped a Polaroid camera!) Nick hernandez, Bobby Lightning, Eddie Ramsey, Bennie Barton, Lt. Gene Lohmaier, Capt. Raymond Sanders (saved ALL of us west of Kontum early April 68!)
