You will then mail the item directly to the victim in care of "General Delivery" at the nearest functioning US Post Office to the victim. Boxes must be double taped and contents labeled on 2 sides. Units stripped of memory, CD-ROM drives, hard drives, etc. (We can take units without CD-ROM drives, if that was the original configuration and the case front cover plate is intact).
Non-working monitors or those with unacceptable screen image quality
