May 9 to 12 saw several 170th members meet at Reno, NV for a mini-reunion -interest by 10 to 12 resulted in 6 in attendence as weather (snow)
in the mountain's kept several California members from driving to Reno.
All were active flight crew members, 1st flight pilot, crew chief and gunner,
and 2nd flight - three crew chiefs, all from same general time frame 70-71.
I got to see my gunner again after 30+ years, and dust off many old memories.
Our Host, Gary Ott got this mini-reunion going and is now planning a
August 2004 Reno, NV mini-reunion.

Guest Book signing at www.170th.org results in a get together of 1969 and 1970 crew chiefs.
Both in Chicago Area, so we met at halfway point with our wifes along for dinner
and the chance to see each others photos and unit albums.
A repeat meeting now planned with photos and information for 170th web site use being passed along.
I Will be looking into getting the IL, IN, WI 170th members identified from a old mailing list
and see if there is interest in a mini-reunion.
