Staten Island New York paid the nation's steepest price in Vietnam-84 Staten Islanders gave their lives----thehighest per capita toll in the US.
Myself as a Vietnam Veteran who served my country in Vietnam with D Company 3/8th 4th Infantry Division from October 1968-October 1969 will be paying my respects to my brothers on the Wall as I did this past Veteran's Day.
I also am a life member of MOPH and our local chapter will be at the Wall supporting it with all the local chapters of the various Veteran's Organizations in Staten Island
If anyone is local let me know and I can give you directions if you wish to attend.
