How do I make a "posting?"

From Sep 65-Apr66 I was an Army captain, artillery, airborne, serving as the S-3 Operations Adviser on the Pleiku Sector Advisory Team, Team 21, USMACV. I also served as assistant Sub-Sector Adviser at Le Trung District Headquarters from Apr-Aug66.
