Dear Shortimer Sam, Information on Navy KIA

Dear Shortimer Sam,

I just adopted a POW/MIA who was killed in action/ body not recovered. It has been a week now that I have been trying to find out anything other then the tipical military information.
his information that I do have is:

DL: 16 December 1965
South Vietnam/ over water

Killed in Action/ Body Not Recovered

Aircraft: A4C
CACCF/Crash/Pilot
USS Kitty Hawk
He was married

I have not been able to find out anything other then what I just posted. Every time I look that date is either marked as a recovery date for astronauts or that the Kitty Hawk was in port having repair work done. I am in the process of doing a web page in memory of him and wanted to add more information. If there is anyone out there who copuld help please e-amil me
