Jeanie, You should use the Vietnam War Records section called "Lost and Found". Povide as much information as possible about the person you are looking for. This information should include: name, rank, organization, home town, nickname, time period in-country, last known duty assignment, etc.

hi mr. kolson,
thanks so much for your e-mail. i wore the mia bracelet of a "KEVIN MCMANNIS" for many years in the late 60's or early 70's. i lived in stony brook and setuaket, new york at the time that the bracelets were passed out at a school function...
i remember reading about this man coming home... to the sufolk county area, it was in the newpaper, but i did not get to find him and tell him that i had worn his bracelet for all those yrs. without ever taking it off..even to shower
.praying for his return daily.
whenever i tell this story to a veteran, they always say, please find him and tell him,
its more important than you know...so i'm trying to locate this man...with hopes to reach him for the holidays....if at all possible. i wish i had more information...if you want to call my cell phone is 209-304-0337. i'm all grown up now but those memories stay with me.
In His Name.
dr. jb nugent.
