Soldiers from the 65th Combat
Engineer Battalion surveyed a bridge
over the Trang Bang River in Tay Ninh
Province built by the Japanese during
World War II and later destroyed by
Viet Minh forces. Reconstruction will
provide 25th Division convoys easier
access to north bound routes and
farmers in outlying hamlets a speedier
delivery to markets in Trang Bang.
