My dads name is Ernest Greene. He served 23 years in the Air Force and retired in 1991. We were last stationed at Ramstein, Germany.
I am looking for anyone who knew him during his military career. I am not sure what he did in Vietnam, but he was a helicopter mechanic for many years (damn good one too).
My dad was from Kentucky originally.
I am the contact, he passed away in Jan. 03.
Any stories of what he was like back then would be appriciated. He has three kids and 7 grandchildren that would love to hear them.
