Daniel G. Chase was born on Nov. 1, 1950. He served 6/1968-12/1970 in the Army with a tour in Vietnam with the 145th Combat Aviation Battalion Daniel received 17 Air Medals, 2 Army Commendation medals, V/N medals, and Good Conduct Medal.
