Dear Shortimer Sam, 1st of the 5th help

I was stationed with this group as a 91b medic in 68 and 69 however i have a mental block on the unit perhaps headquarters and the hospital there could someone possibly enlighten me i need this info for a claim about agent orange and ptsd please if you can i nneed the units and hospital ames thank you in advance
