Does anyone know if GSA kept any records on military personnel during the Vietnam era - and if so, what those records were in reference to?

Hi What Does GSA records mean? I am not heard of these records before. I know our records are At the Record center in Saint Louis,Mo. Look for your reply. Good luck in get your records from Saint Louise,Mo. They don't send all of them and blank out all address of other GI on your information. I am looking for a friend that was on my travel orders but they would not send the travel orders I requested from them. I call but they never called me back after about ten different calls, I gave up. T Frank Bernard

The GSA is referrring to General Services Administration. Just wondering if anyone aware of any records maintained by GSA on Vietnam military personnel and/or casualties - during or post Vietnam War era.

GSA had no records on any personel. GSA only deals with contracts for the government. A GSA contract is a contract that the government has with a civilian source that deals in eiither services or products that the government uses. They establish a contract and all specs must be according to Milspec. They never have nore will have anything to do with military personel.
